Monday AM/PM - Overview on how to interpret construction drawings and what the various types of drawings may contain. This course has been designed to help Permit Techs understand and identify the different types of drawings and plans. We will review various lines, shapes, symbols, and abbreviations most commonly used on drawings and the key components of construction plans.

Carey Frazier – City of Prosper
Carey Frazier is a Plans Examiner for the Town of Prosper and has almost twenty-five years experience working in Building Inspections as Permit Tech, Permitting Manager and Plans Examiner. She has a degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design and holds several ICC Certifications. Carey is very involved with the Texas Association of Permit Techs, Permit Tech Nation, BOAT, Wiced of Texas and is the current President of the North Texas Chapter of ICC.
