Tuesday AM - This half day session will provide guidance on required and useful information regarding record retention, including State Law requirements for building department record retention. This session will include types of retention methods (pros and cons).

Instructor: Samantha Morrow – City of Garland
Samantha Morrow has worked in the Garland Building Inspections Dept. for 25 years, is a current member and past president of the North Central Texas Permit Technicians Chapter and is an ICC Certified Permit Specialist. She has been a member of the ICC Permit Technicians Ad Hoc Committee and has had years of experience within the multi-family industry where she worked on rehabilitation and new construction properties for various companies.
