Thursday AM - If you are ready to rise to the level of Permit Technician Specialist this session will review the basics for the code specialist exam including the basic references covering legal concerns, management issues, budget, and communication skills that are necessary for the ICC Code Specialist.

Carey Frazier – City of Prosper
Carey Frazier is a Plans Examiner for the Town of Prosper and has almost twenty-five years experience working in Building Inspections as Permit Tech, Permitting Manager and Plans Examiner. She has a degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design and holds several ICC Certifications. Carey is very involved with the Texas Association of Permit Techs, Permit Tech Nation, BOAT, Wiced of Texas and is the current President of the North Texas Chapter of ICC.
