It also gives a strategic backdrop to ensure that you are protected when there are outside forces challenging the work of enforcement.

Kelvin Beene is the Property Standards Manager for the City of Aurora, Illinois and the President of the Illinois Association of Code Enforcement. He is a Nationally Certified Training Instructor with 30 years of enforcement experience ranging from law enforcement, code enforcement, and protective services. His passion is providing quality training for various organizations while interjecting an engaging, fun-filled learning environment. His training corporation, Code Performance Consultants, has had the pleasure to train code officers, management personnel, and civic groups across the country.
