Tuesday PM - This course discusses the various levels of hoarding, strategies to abate hoarding and the possible resources available to inspectors. It also educates the participants on the reasoning and psychological aspects for hoarders.

Kelvin Beene is the Property Standards Manager for the City of Aurora, Illinois and the President of the Illinois Association of Code Enforcement. He is a Nationally Certified Training Instructor with 30 years of enforcement experience ranging from law enforcement, code enforcement, and protective services.
