Wednesday AM - This half day session is designed to help you identify mental health issues and gives you the tools to make safe decisions on the factors identified while conducting inspections. This is a scenario-based training class.

Kelvin Beene is the Property Standards Manager for the City of Aurora, Illinois and the President of the Illinois Association of Code Enforcement. He is a Nationally Certified Training Instructor with 30 years of enforcement experience ranging from law enforcement, code enforcement, and protective services. His passion is providing quality training for various organizations while interjecting an engaging, fun-filled learning environment. His training corporation, Code Performance Consultants, has had the pleasure to train code officers, management personnel, and civic groups across the country.
